Wanda Foster is the Assistant Pastor of Shiloh Temple- The Gathering Place, Durham NC, serving under Senior Pastor Archie L. Keith. Pastor Foster studied theology at Evangelical Bible Institute, now The Screvens Memorial Bible Institute, Newark, NJ, (founder Dr. Nathaniel Screvens, Bethesda Church of God in Christ).

Pastor Foster was licensed as a minister in 1995 and ordained Reverend in 2005 under Pastor Leslie C. Davis of Deliverance Baptist Church, Newark, NJ, where she served as Associate Pastor. She was a faithful member of Deliverance Baptist Church until God relocated her to Durham, NC, in 2014. 

Pastor Wanda Foster was born and raised in East Orange, NJ. She graduated from Clifford J. Scott High school, received an associate degree in communications at Essex County College, NJ and received her Bachelor’s degree at North Carolina Central University, NC.

Pastor Foster is dedicated to the work God has called her to; teaching, preaching, and evangelizing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the hope for all mankind.

She is a mother (Felicia 1978-2004), grandmother (Aaron), grandmother in love (Ateira), and in February of 2023, God blessed her with a great-granddaughter, Jasmine.
